Based in Austin, TX (& Online)
It’s time you stopped trying to “fit in” to the mainstream yoga spaces, and built your own. (Sorry not sorry to break it you – buuuuuut, vinyasa, power yoga, and hot yoga aren’t gonna get you where you’re trying to go.)Â
Therapeutic yoga is a different approach to a yoga class. It’s an embodied wellness practice – meaning, it’s more than just a bunch of poses. This practice is all about helping you slow down, tune in, and actually feel BETTER!Â
Each therapeutic yoga session is different. You can expect to be guided through techniques in nervous system regulation, pranayama (breathing), yoga asana (movement), myofascial release, somatic yoga, and so much more!
Imagine what it would feel like to actually understand the sensations & signals your body sends you – and respond with confidence! (Say goodbye to endless Google, Tiktok and IG research)
You’ll have skills, practices and experiences in place to help you confidently navigate your body's messages. These techniques and practices never get old, go out of style, or lose their potency. They’re the real deal.Â
You deserve to benefit from a yoga practice and feel like yourself while you do it.Â

Anna is a fantastic yoga teacher! I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn yoga! The 1-hour sessions she did with my wife and me were as enjoyable as they were instructive. She taught us the basics of yoga and showed us small modifications that helped us do common asanas correctly. She tailored our sessions to our specific limitations and requirements and sent us routines for practice in between sessions. She is professional, knowledgeable and a great teacher.

Anna was amazing! We had an array of yoga levels but she made the session so enjoyable! We all felt so relaxed after our session it was everything we needed on our relaxing girls' trip!
